1. Orifice plates
When accuracy and certainty count, EXIMP can provide competitive pricing and quick delivery times on all types of orifice plates.
We stock a wide selection of standard concentric universal orifice plates for gas and liquid flow measurement in both 304 and 316 stainless steel
These units are perfect for any Single or Dual Chamber Orifice Fitting
Paddle plates for use with Orifice Flange Unions and orifice plates for special applications are available
We also supply orifice plates in exotic materials, such as Monel ™, Inconel ™ and Hastelloy ™
2. Venturi Tubes
Venturi Tubes serve users with accurate measurement of non-viscous fluids in clean or dirty streams. Venturi Tubes are virtually maintenance-free and corrosion-resistant.
Venturi Tubes are manufactured in strict accordance with ASME MFC-3M and ISO 5167 specifications. These measurement standards provide users with ±1.0%
uncertainty of discharge coefficient. For critical measurement applications flow calibration is recommended, which results in ±0.25% uncertainty of discharge coefficient.
3. Coriolis Flowmeter
Coriolis meter, flow is diverted into two parallel sensor flow tubes, which are vibrated in opposition to one another by an energized drive coil. The mass flow meter's phase shift, measured by Hall Effect sensors mounted at the sensor tubes' inlet and outlets, is caused by the Coriolis effect and is directly proportional to the mass of the media flowing through the tubes. Thus, the Coriolis flow meter is a true mass flow meter.
- It uses two tubes formed into a U-shaped geometry in a parallel arrangement which are vibrated at their resonant frequency by coils.
- It requires no straight pipe runs upstream or downstream of the meter.
- The biggest of these advantages is their multi-parameter measurement capability.
4. Ultrasonic Flowmeter
An ultrasonic flowmeter is a form of non-intrusive volumetric flow measuring device, which utilizes sound waves to calculate the average velocity of a fluid moving through straight pipe.
As times change, so do the requirements for ultrasonic meters. Today it is assumed that an ultrasonic device measures accurately and precisely, but what about long-term reliability? After all, this depends on more than just the ultrasonic meter itself. The transferred effect of the high pressure calibration on the installation conditions in the measuring station and dirt, which may collect on the meter over time, can also have a negative effect.
- long-term reliability
- Measurement accuracy 1%
- Converter protection class IP67, transducer protection class IP68
- Wide measurement range – pipe sizes from DN15 to DN6000
- Three types of installation: wall mounted, DIN rail mounted, explosion proof box mounted
5. Thermal Mass Flowmeter
Thermal mass flow meters from EXIMP are state-of-the-art and can detect mass flow rates from very low to very high mass flow velocities, with an unparalleled level of accuracy.
Our advanced thermal mass flow meter technology is robust and easy-to-use. These thermal mass flowmeter products allow you to capture instantaneous gas mass flow rate and elapsed mass flow total. We offer a variety of thermal mass flowmeters to suit most applications requiring process gas flow measurement and process flow control.
Although EXIMP has various standardized thermal mass flowmeter product configurations, our thermal mass flowmeter is hand-assembled and calibrated at the factory to meet your actual process conditions, specifications and requirements. Good gas flowmeter data can help you reduce operating costs and/or achieve compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Turbine Flowmeter
Eximp Turbine flow meters are designed for the volumetric measurements of fluids. The basic meter consists of a freely suspended bladed rotor positioned axially in the flow stream with the flowing fluid pushing against the blades. The rotational speed of the turbine is proportional to the velocity of the fluid & hence truly represents the volume of the fluid flowing through meter.
The rotation of turbine rotor generates electrical pulses in the pick off attached to flow meter housing. The output pulses are amplified & converted to measure flow rate & Integration.
The meters are rugged, reliable & precise instruments suitable for all Industrial Chemicals, Fuels etc.
7. Electromagnetic Flowmeter
The density of the magnetic field is directly proportional to the fluid velocity of the flowing liquid. The simple construction of our electromagnetic flow meters is the key to these advantages. EXIMP magnetic flow meter does not contain any moving parts, rotating gears or turbines, or bearings. Instead, it relies on two electrodes to measure the density of the induced magnetic field that results from an electrically conductive fluid, such as water, flowing through a pipe.
Specific advantages that our magnetic flow meter technology provides include:
- High accuracy
- Low cost
- Little to no pressure loss
- Readings that are unaffected by changes in density or viscosity
- No susceptibility to bearing wear or other mechanical wear-and-tear issues
